What Every Player Needs to Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 5jdl platform—whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the 5jdl app—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or continue using the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 5jdl ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and play on 5jdl, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not accessing the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party without explicit written permission.
• You are not a current or former employee of 5jdl or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You do not have an existing 5jdl account that has been suspended or permanently closed.

5jdl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately pending review, and any winnings generated during that period may be voided.

03 Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. We use OTP (one-time password) verification during registration and for sensitive account actions.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposit reaches a certain threshold. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID card) and, in some cases, proof of address.

You must keep your username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact our support team immediately.

04 Deposits, Payments & Currency

All transactions on 5jdl are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We do not accept foreign currencies directly; any amounts shown are in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Philippine online and mobile banking (e.g., BDO, BPI, UnionBank)
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet
• Local e-wallets: GCash and Maya

Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 15 minutes, please keep your transaction reference number and contact support. 5jdl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

The minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change; we recommend checking the platform before each transaction.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested once your account has passed KYC verification. Withdrawal funds will only be released to a payment method registered under the same name as your 5jdl account—no third-party transfers.

Standard processing time is typically within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the method. During peak periods or where additional verification is needed, processing may take longer.

• Withdrawal requests submitted on public holidays or weekends may be processed on the next available business day.
• Funds derived from bonus balances that have not completed their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 5jdl reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks on any withdrawal request before processing.
• If a withdrawal is returned by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider, the funds will be credited back to your account balance.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5jdl offers various promotional incentives from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance only after you meet any qualifying deposit or registration criteria stated in the promotion.
• Bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover factor is stated per promotion.
• Only one promotional offer can typically be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• 5jdl reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings generated from it if there is reason to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith or through abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

5jdl is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players or operators to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse—this includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, "arbitrage" of promotions, or other methods that exploit promotional terms.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without legitimate grounds while the funds remain active in the account.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to conduct illegal financial transactions.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting technical errors in games or the platform itself.

If you suspect another player is engaging in prohibited conduct, please report it to our support team. All reports are treated confidentially.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5jdl platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and software—is the intellectual property of 5jdl or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 5jdl.

09 Limitation of Liability

5jdl provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside our control.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Decisions you make while playing, including any financial losses incurred.

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippines law, 5jdl's total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30-day period.

10 Responsible Gaming

5jdl takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that online gaming should always be a form of entertainment—never a way to solve financial problems or relieve stress.

We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after you've been playing for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the platform.

Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
